Today(1st Nov) I have tried to call MSEB savedi office. Since 12 O’ noon there will be power cut. No reply from MSEB office.

In our area power failure happened after minor change in atmosphere and in cloudy environment some time light being deem also.
From supportting staff to their authority no one has ready to take responsibility.
Even they can’t be able to attend customer’s phone.
Please take necessary action as earliest as possible.
Mseb savedi number is only available when not needed but whenever there is a problem these guys keep this number off. Privatisation of mseb is must for best quality n service. Now days we r paying bills online within a day of receiving bills. Privatisation is the only solution for such servents
